Celebrate Ferragosto at Ristorante Pian del Sole with a special lunch designed to showcase the flavors of summer through carefully selected seasonal ingredients. The menu features a rich selection of land and sea specialties, including tuna carpaccio with chinotto dressing, stuffed anchovies, and melon with wild boar ham, followed by homemade ravioli filled with Amburghese chicken and served with zucchini blossom pesto.
The experience continues with baked sea bream in parchment with Taggiasca olives, basil, zucchini and potatoes, before ending on a sweet note with a passion fruit semifreddo, dark chocolate Caprese cake, fresh watermelon, coffee and local wines.
Price: €55 per person including wine (€48 excluding wine). After lunch, the celebration continues with the traditional Ferragosto Entertainment, featuring music, fun and a lively atmosphere to enjoy the rest of the afternoon together.
